I have installed the sprockets and belt for the new drive and finally gotten it aligned. The sprockets and the shafts have to be perfectly parallel with one another to keep the belt from rubbing the edge of the sprockets. Unfortunately, changing one thing in one direction has the tendency to change the alignment in another direction. After about 10 or 15 tries it is finally aligned. All I’m waiting on now is the water to get soft enough for more sea trials.
